Whilst
Tetrosyl believes that the likelihood of any such problem(s) is
remote, Tetrosyl does not accept responsibility for any
disruption to, or corruption of, or loss of data or damage to any
computer system or PC, which may occur from, or in any way in
connection with, the use of this CD or its contents.
This
CD remains the property of Tetrosyl at all times. Although
limited permission is given (as stated herein) for the contents
of this CD to be copied, Tetrosyl reserves entirely its rights in
or related to any of the contents of the CD and no proprietary
rights in the CD or in any of its contents are granted by the
issue of the CD by Tetrosyl nor may any such proprietary rights
be acquired by virtue of acquisition, use or possession of this
CD.
The
CD has a built-in expiry date which will reveal itself when the
date is approaching. Once the CD has reached the expiry date the
CD should not be further used and Tetrosyl’s consent is
hereby given for the CD to be destroyed with appropriate care and
safety.
The
contents of this CD may be copied to a folder on the hard disc of
a PC and operated from that location by executing the
MICROWEB.EXE application found on the CD. The application will
require approximately 140Mb of disc space. When the application
reaches the expiry date the folder and its contents should be
permanently deleted from the PC.
The
application has been designed to run on a PC with the following
minimum specification:
· Intel® Pentium® 4 processor 1.4Ghz or equivalent.
· 256Mb Ram
· CD Reader
· Windows® operating system 2000, XP or later.
· Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6 or above.
The
CD may run acceptably on earlier versions of the recommended
operating system and on less powerful hardware but neither has
been tested. Tetrosyl can give no warranty or guarantee that the
CD will work on any specific system or PC.

Paint Selector:
The
paint selection and mixing information is provided as a guide for
persons wishing to mix Tetrosyl paints to match a particular
vehicle manufacturer’s designated paint code for a
particular vehicle. The formulations in the guide were developed
and tested in a controlled environment and were found to provide
an acceptable match at the time they were developed. Correct
storage of the base products and use in accordance with
Tetrosyl’s operating instructions should enable this match
to be replicated however the conditions and extent of storage and
use of the products are outside Tetrosyl’s control.
Consequently it is the responsibility of the user to satisfy
themselves as to the accuracy and completeness of the mix and the
suitability of the mix and the colour match for their own
particular circumstances, conditions or use.

Data Sheets:
The
information provided in these documents has been compiled on the
basis of Tetrosyl’s current knowledge and is believed to be
in accordance with the requirements of the Dangerous Substances
Directive, Dangerous Preparations Directive and Safety Data
Sheets Directive. The information relates to the specific
material designated and may not be valid for such material used
in combination with any other materials or in any particular
conditions or process. The conditions and extent of storage and
use of materials are outside Tetrosyl’s. Consequently it is
